This powerful holistic therapy can support you through all the changes you are experiencing and see you through to birth and beyond. If you are pregnant, this is generally a joyous time for mothers, but being pregnant can place huge demands on the mother’s physical, mental, and emotional body. By working different reflex areas on the feet, for example, the stomach reflex can discourage nausea by balancing stomach enzymes and acids. Not only can Reflexology be extremely beneficial for you throughout your pregnancy but it is also extremely powerful at reducing stress levels, increasing relaxation, and creating a greater sense of wellbeing.
