COVID- 19 

PRACTICE POLICY

As my existing clients will know, I strive to maintain the highest levels of health and hygiene at my Reflexology LD Holistics practice. 

Considering recent events and my determination to resume practicing, I would like you ALL to review my Covid-19 specific policy below prior to booking: 

If you have experienced any of the following symptoms, please defer from booking at this present moment: 

  • High temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature) 

  • New, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual) 

  • Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal 

  • Any other flu or cold-like symptoms- including lethargy, lack of energy, and headaches. 

  • You have been tested or confirmed positive for Covid 19 

 

Terms and Conditions:  

  • I reserve the right to defer or cancel any client who may be displaying signs or symptoms of the virus. 

  • I will produce a hygiene checklist for all clients to view laying out the sanitising procedures completed prior to and post-treatment, between clients 

  • There will be between 30-60 mins between clients to allow me to fully sanitise my premises. 

  • All clients will be expected to wear a sterile face mask during their visit. 

  • All clients will be asked to bring their own bottle of water to drink during, or post-treatment. 

  • All clients will be asked to shower and wear clean clothes prior to treatment. 

  • Social distancing will always be observed. 

  • All clients will be asked to sanitise their hands, with sanitiser provided at the entrance to premises, prior to entering.

 

 Premises Checklist includes: 

Front door handles, handrails, bannisters, light switches etc, toilet and sink area, all seating, pens, mobile device screens, payment terminal, computer keyboards and screens, couch and removal of all soft fabrics between client and thorough sanitise of all couch surface area. 

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I know you are all desperate to be able to return to some sort of normality and benefit from the extraordinary world of Reflexology. 

I have missed my super clients immensely, so I want to reassure you that I am doing everything in my power to help give you the opportunity to relieve the stress we have ALL been experiencing.
