WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?
Reflexology is a Holistic therapy, based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands, and face and ears which mirror all our body’s organs, glands, and systems. When these reflexes are stimulated through gentle finger and hand movements, the organ, gland or system can return to a normal level, bringing about Homeostasis, the state when our body is balanced and working efficiently.
